I have been coming here since 2023. My complexion has improved so much since then. My age spots, fine lines and problem areas  are dealt with in a holistic manner through regular facials and treatments. 做完Oxgeneo treatment 摸起来滑滑的，没有那种紧绷绷不舒服的感觉，隔天上妆感觉比较服帖。环境也蛮加分的，干净整齐，躺下来真的有种可以好好休息的感觉。姐姐手法也 steady，力度刚刚好，做到一半差点睡着。

第一次来这家，之前在别的地方做都是护理师全程，这里是医生亲自看完皮肤状况再给建议，然后才开始做。过程中每个步骤做什么、为什么这样做都会解释，不是那种闷头做完就走的。护理师手法很细，敷面膜的时候还会注意眼周有没有不舒服，整个过程蛮放松的。做完脸确实有亮一点，下次应该会再来。

环境蛮舒服的，整个地方很干净，等的时候不会觉得烦。店员态度很好，没有一直push你买东西，问什么答什么，不会让人有压力。做完出来脸感觉紧紧的，下次应该还会过来。

During the facial the beautician was really experienced, her hands were gentle but you could tell she knew exactly what she was doing. There were a few moments where it felt a little tingly but nothing I couldn't handle, and she kept checking in on me which was sweet.

My skin felt so smooth after, like I kept touching my face on the drive home lol. Of course everyone's skin reacts differently so don't take my word as gospel 🤷‍♀️

Only thing — if you're someone expecting dramatic overnight results, this probably isn't it. It's more of a gradual thing so just manage your expectations going in 😂

As my first time here, I have Jessie to handle my face. She is very kind and explain everything in details. It make me realize that my everyday basic skincare is not suitable. I feel better after hearing her explanation. She also very soft in handling my treatment. This place also very aesthetic, clean, and pretty. Came in for a skin booster and honestly the consultation alone was worth the visit. They walked through everything — what the treatment does, what to expect after, pricing — without any of that pushy upsell energy you get at a lot of clinics. You could tell they actually knew what they were doing once the treatment started, very precise and methodical. Clinic itself was clean and didn't feel chaotic. 我之前一直不敢自己去找脸部管理的地方，怕踩雷也怕被 hard sell 到头痛😅 后来是朋友介绍我去 Bukit Jalil 这家店，讲她自己去过几次觉得不错。

到了之后第1️⃣个感觉是——很舒服，不会一进门就被推 package 那种。姐姐先帮我看了皮肤状况，然后很细心地讲适合什么方案，价💰也是直接讲清楚的，没有那种讲到蕞后才加价的套路 lah。

做的过程中有一点点刺刺热热的感觉，但姐姐手法蛮轻的所以还 okay。做完摸自己的脸，感觉滑滑的，线条好像有比较清晰，皮肤也摸起来比较细腻了✨ 当然每个人感受不一样啦~
